Q: How do I play?
A: Our game is broadcast LIVE on our YouTube page  www.youtube.com/@riverbankbingo You can purchase our cards at one of our distributors or call us for delivery.

Q: Where can I purchase cards?
A: Our cards are on sale in Kahnawake at three locations, The Store, Creekside and Mohawk Gas and Mini Mart. We also deliver cards to your door. Just call us at 450-632-4646. It’s an easy number to remember 450-63-BINGO.

Q: How much are packages and how many cards on each sheet?
A: 8 Sheet Packages are $15 each and there are 6 cards on each sheet.

Q: What are the game payouts?
A: Game payouts will vary each week depending on the game patterns played.

Q: If I have a bingo what do I do?
A: Call 450-632-4646 and tell the operator you have a bingo. Give them the number in the free space and we will verify your bingo. The operator will take your name, where you’re calling from and your phone number. Only your first name will be broadcast on our stream.

Q: If I win, how do I get paid?
A: If you bingo with us, we will deliver your winnings to you. Just let the operator know the best time to deliver. You MUST have the winning and unaltered card in order to collect. Card must be signed with your telephone number.

Q: What type of payments do you accept for delivery?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, e-Transfer, PayPal, Interac, cash and Shop Kahnawake gift certificates.
