RIVERBANK BINGO RULES OF PLAY

• Players must be 18 or older to play.

• Bingo must be on the last number called. A number is considered called once the caller says the letter of the next number.

• Players may bingo more than once on a sheet on the same game, but only once per card.

• Cards purchased for a specific date may not be played on any other date. Riverbank Bingo maintains a database of cards sold for each session. Cards issued for an earlier session will not be paid if a bingo is declared on an outdated card.

• Players are responsible for their own internet connection. In the event Riverbank Bingo loses connection or loses electricity, please refer to our Facebook page for further instructions on game completion.

• Riverbank Bingo is not responsible for players being suspended by Youtube for violating their terms of service.

• All purchases are final. No refunds shall be provided for damaged or missing cards. It is the players responsibility to verify their packages at the time of purchase.

• The official number is the one drawn from the bingo machine. In the event the number called does not match the ball drawn from the machine, the latter is the official number. A bingo ball on the screen is not called until it is announced by the bingo caller.

• Once a bingo game has been closed, no other bingos shall be accepted.

• To collect your winnings, you must sign the back of your bingo cards and present it to the person with your prize. In the event of an e-transfer, winnings will only be transferred after a photo of the winning sheet is sent to [email protected] or through our facebook Messenger app.

• A game with multiple winners will divide the prize evenly.
